Grains- Couscous, Pita, Sweet Potatoes
Proteins- Greek Chicken Thighs, Pork Tenderloin, and Pesto Salmon
Vegetables- Asparagus, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Zucchini/Pepper Skewers
Dressing: Greek Vinaigrette and Tzatziki
